1. Smart Care Subscription (24-Month Commitment)

This plan includes a complimentary rental of the n'Y'a Smart Litter Box, contingent upon a 24-month commitment. If you terminate early:

• Mandatory Device Return: The device must be returned to us in good working condition.
• Termination Penalty: An early termination fee will be charged. The fee will be equivalent to 12 months of subscription charges OR the total remaining contract value, whichever is lower.
• Condition of Device: If the returned device is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, additional repair fees may apply.

2. Rent-to-Own Plan (12-Month Term)

If you wish to cancel your Rent-to-Own plan before the 12-month term is complete:

• Device Return: The device must be returned to us in good working condition.
• Termination Fee: You will be charged an early termination fee equivalent to 6 months of rental charges OR the remaining contract balance, whichever is applicable.
