Cancellation & Early Termination Policy

This subscription plan includes a complimentary rental of the n'Y'a Smart Litter Box, contingent upon a 24-month commitment. If you choose to terminate the subscription early, the following terms apply:

1. Mandatory Device Return: The n'Y'a Smart Litter Box must be returned to us in good working condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Termination Penalty: An early termination fee will be charged to cover the cost of the device provided. The fee will be equivalent to 12 months of subscription charges OR the total remaining contract value, whichever is lower.

3. Condition of Device: If the returned device is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, additional repair fees may apply.
